I sent it to my mentor at the time and said “This. This moves me. I want to do meaningful work that positively impacts the experience of our employees - because they are the ones who matter, who make a difference.” 

I’ve been on a path for over 10 years now to deepen my skills and partner with clients to do just that. I’ve worked with leaders to inspire others to join them on a new journey; to build their capability to step into a new role of engaging and motivating their employees; to find ways to build trust and engage with their peers in more effective ways. I partnered with leaders through a major acquisition to bring two cultures together in a way that honored and built upon each other. I’ve guided design teams to dream up and develop workshops and conferences to achieve great outcomes for their organizations. At the center of all of this, is focusing on the human element of business. 

I am passionate about partnering with leaders and organizations playing a role in building a better world. I believe we can (and should) use ‘business for good.’ It starts with understanding the interconnections with and impact of our actions on the world around us.

I am a certified Systemic Team Coach through the Global Team Coaching Institute and a certified facilitator of the Intercultural Development Inventory. I am professionally trained in Flawless Consulting and Essential Facilitation, and received my BSBA in Marketing and Management from Drake University.
